_Job Purpose_
The dealership's general support staff works on all dealership available work, supporting the Parts department.

_Core Accountabilities_

Ensure that all dealership properties are clean and tidy. (Shop floor, Tire storage and parking lots)
Support Parts Department with general duties
All other general dealershiprelated support work as required by each department.

_Requirements_

Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence. (Clean record)
Clear Driver's Abstract.
Ability to work independently or as a team, managing their time and workflow.
Follow instructions precisely with the ability to carry out daily work instructions from the supervisor in a timely and efficient manner
Perform individual tasks or work effectively as part of a team to ensure productivity and efficiency
Work in a team environment, helping others when necessary, yet working well alone with required time deadlines to effectively complete tasks delegated
Perform other duties as assigned

_JOB EDUCATION/

EXPERIENCE:
_

Minimum high school diploma
Previous work experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, stand for long periods and experience working in a fastpaced environment with repetitive tasks
