Job Description Summary


The Specialist, Operations Management is responsible for assisting the Senior Specialist in the delivery of efficient operational support, accurately processing service inquiries and requests while upholding compliance with internal controls and procedures.

The role uses judgement regarding priorities and approaches to obtain complete and accurate information of client issues, provide clients with detailed explanations of recommendations and verify their understanding of the issues.

The Specialist, Operations Management demonstrates strong technical and system knowledge to review and analyze data to ensure quality assurance of transactions and maintain customer satisfaction.

In addition, the role assists in the management of day-to-day operation and overall efficiency of the unit, while seeking opportunities to streamline existing processes and procedures.

What You'll Be Doing

  • At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. To start, you'll be fully remote. In the near future, you'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 13 days per week onsite, while other days will be remote._


Due to the nature of this role, a criminal record check will need to be completed at least annually for the purpose of enhanced screening.
