As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing professional customer service and sales relations with private clientele, 3rd party funding agencies and government authorized therapists.
- Greet all walkin clients in a friendly professional manner and assist them in finding the proper products that fit their needs or direct them to the appropriate department if they are looking for Accessibility or Service
- Organize showroom and maintain cleanliness
- Update pricing on equipment in the showroom
- Assist clients interested in rental equipment including educating them on how to use it
- Display respectful behavior at all times to employees, clients, managers and stakeholders
- Resolve client complaints and rebuild relationships to maintain long term clientele prior to escalating to a manager
- Collect payment for deposits and invoices before equipment is provided to client
- Provide support to Outside sales reps when required
Your Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
- Experience in the home medical industry is considered an asset
- Knowledge and experience with Windward POS system is considered as asset
- Sales training considered an asset
- Patience, compassion and strong listening skills
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Clear communication and a positive attitude
- Hard working and Punctual
- Criminal record check may be required
