Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain glass bead booths for surface finishing of metal components.
Perform metal fabrication tasks including cutting, bending, and preassembling parts according to specifications.
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to ensure accurate production.
Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with company standards.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience operating glass bead booths and performing metal fabrication in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools for metalworking tasks.
Strong knowledge of welding techniques and metal joining methods.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production schedules.
Commitment to safety and adherence to established protocols and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

Vocational training or certification in metal fabrication or related field.
Previous experience working with conveyor systems or related equipment.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
