We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team based in Mississauga.
Working alongside our team lead and other support agents, you will strive to provide world-class support to all our customers.

- Execute customer service in accordance to company guidelines
- Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures
- Provide team with customer insights and recommendations
- Communicate relevant information to team members in other departments
- Contribute ideas on an ongoing basis around how to improve customer service efficiencies
Experience, Education and Designations:
- Postsecondary education preferred, but not required
- Experience or knowledge of the ecommerce and/or retail space is a highly preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
