We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team based in Mississauga.

Working alongside our team lead and other support agents, you will strive to provide world-class support to all our customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Execute customer service in accordance to company guidelines
Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures
Provide team with customer insights and recommendations
Communicate relevant information to team members in other departments
Contribute ideas on an ongoing basis around how to improve customer service efficiencies

Experience, Education and Designations:

Postsecondary education preferred, but not required

years' experience in customer service, or a similar type role

Experience or knowledge of the ecommerce and/or retail space is a highly preferred
