The Acquisition Field Integration team is a high-performing team on a journey to drive national enablement for TELUS home solutions through workforce optimization, customer experience improvements and cost transformation across our end-to-end value chain.

What you'll do
As a Strategy Manager, you will play a key role in planning, managing and delivering projects that will pursue integration and efficiencies in TELUS field operations.
Your role will be critical to ensuring we build an integrated national field team to consistently support our customers end-to-end.
- Contribute to crossworking group interlock spanning TELUS
- Establish cost and customer impact linkages to key process improvements and operational policies
- Develop and implement change management plans for impacted stakeholder
- Create and launch standardized field operation acquisition integration playbook for new acquisitions
- Identify, assess and implement new project opportunities for integration related to system, people, product and process
- Build financial business cases and validation to support initiatives
Reporting to the Manager, Program Office this position is accountable for end-to-end delivery of overall projects including benefits management to drive standardization and governance across all field operations.

Great-to-haves
- University degree in Business
- Experience in leading transformational projects
- Familiarity with telecom and/or security field operations
