ERP Implementation Specialist

Position Overview:

The ERP Implementation Specialist will support the successful implementation of NetSuite through to go live September 2024 and support post go live to ensure a smooth transition.

The ERP Implementation Specialist will be involved in all aspects of the Implementation helping to drive decisions and work with existing data to import into NetSuite.

• Fulltime
• 6 month contract with the potential to transition into an altered permanent role after the completion of the implementation project
• Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
• Location: Stoney Creek

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business procedures to identify necessary modifications for NetSuite solutions.
• Demonstrate fullcycle NetSuite ERP implementation consulting experience, leading endtoend implementations and projects.
• Conduct meetings with clients to gather requirements, analyze situations, and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, delivery leads, and project managers to coordinate efforts and meet deadlines.
• Clean up existing data and merge with NetSuite templates for import.
• Provide training to endusers during the implementation phase.
• Define business requirements and systems goals in meetings with business leaders, decisionmakers, and end users.
• Document and develop business process flows, requirements, and designs through NetSuite data mapping.
• Customize and manage NetSuite elements, including fields, workflows, roles/permissions, custom objects, records, scripts, reports, saved searches, and dashboards.
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of core NetSuite modules, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, design to build, Record to Report, and Advanced Financial Modules.
• Provide postimplementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration.
• Participate in weekly project meetings

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience with ERPs, NetSuite preferred
• University degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration/Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent.
• NetSuite certifications an asset
• PMP Certification an asset[1]
• Experience in all project phases: analysis, design, deployment, configuration, system administration, conversion, installation, training, and support.
• Selfmotivated, Strong communication, interpersonal, and teambuilding skills.
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to systematically tackle problems and produce effective solutions.

$17.00-$1,000.00 per hour
