Our company's leading wine brands include Stella Rosa, San Antonio, San Simeon, Maddalena, and Highlands 41.

    Work as a part of our National Sales Team as we continue to expand our core brands and portfolio presence internationally. Responsible for North and South America, outside of the United States, with a focus on Mexico, Canada, and the Caribbean. We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual who is eager to develop our wine business in new markets- leading with the number one imported brand into the United States, Stella Rosa. This role reports to the Vice President of International Sales.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities Current duties may be changed if job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.

    • Support the VP of International Sales with managing current international customers and business.
    • Prospect and vet potential new business by determining key countries for partnership.
    • Establish key focus areas of export by brand.
    • Identify large retailers in mass markets for collaboration, communicate with our national accounts team for coordination.
    • Create regular cadence with SGWS broker and Caribbean business + travel to build the market and hold general sales meetings.
    • Schedule market work/partner meetings for brand education and expansion.
    • Manage pricing and sales goals by market with the VP of International Sales
    • Communicate with production in Italy/California for purchase orders and compliance.
    • Responsible for providing business recaps monthly, breaking down sales efforts and outcomes.
    • This role requires domestic and international travel 50% of the time. Responsible for planning, booking, and expensing in Concur.
    • Possess thorough knowledge of products, wine industry, competitive brands, and markets.
    • Exercise appropriate behavior with Riboli brands and agency brands, always representing these brands in the best and most professional manner.
    • Exercise the highest level of fiduciary duty to the company in all financial matters including budgets, promotional spending, and every aspect of the Company's business.
    • Each of these areas may require working evening hours and weekends when necessary to accomplish the outlined objective.

    Qualifications:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.     • Minimum of 10 years in the wine and spirits industry
    • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the wine and spirits industry
    • College degree required and/or equivalent work experience to perform job responsibilities as required.
    • Good written communication skills. Must possess the ability to develop and provide all necessary written reports, correspondence, and presentations necessary to satisfy job requirements.
    • Good oral communication and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions. Must be able to articulate in a professional and personable manner.
    • Self-starter, able to work in a space of ambiguity and evolving role.
    • Problem solver, resourceful, and able to find solutions independently.
    • Competent with all reporting systems, Microsoft Office.
    • Wine Certification (CSW/WSET II) preferred.
    • Bilingual, Spanish preferred.
    • Remote location/home office must be near a major airport hub. Preferred locations Dallas, Miami, Houston, Atlanta, NY, Chicago, and Charlotte.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Current valid driver's license
    • Current valid passport
    • Travel is required 50% of the time and as needed.
    • Good time management skills
    • No DWI offenses
    • No illegal drug use.
    • Employee must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations which govern the alcoholic beverage industry and always maintain the highest ethical business standards and fiduciary duty on behalf of the company and its customers.
