B2B Outbound BDR | Experienced Cold Caller
We are acquiring a profitable home and building service business in Quebec and Ontario and are looking for a high-performance outbound deal sourcing representative to generate qualified seller introductions.
If you are an experienced Outbound Cold-Calling specialist, and comfortable calling business owners, building trust quickly, and qualifying leads, then this role has significant upside.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, experience in B2B sales, and exposure to the home services industry.
Fluency in English and French is required.
What You'll Do
- Cold call home service business owners across Quebec and Ontario
- Qualify business based on size, owner motivation, and profitability
- Build rapport and position us as a serious buyer
- Book qualified intro calls with decision-makers
- Maintain pipeline tracking and follow-ups
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years outbound B2B cold calling experience
- Possesses exposure to the home services space
- Comfortable making 50–100 calls per day
- Strong objection handling skills
- Confident speaking with business owners
- Self-motivated and independent
- Fluent in English and French
Bonus if you have:
- Experience selling to trades/home services
- Experience qualifying revenue/profit metrics
Compensation Structure
- Payment per qualified seller introduction
- Bonus at signed LOI (Letter of Intent)
- Success fee at deal closing (up to $20,000)
This is structured as an independent contractor relationship.
This is a remote position, and you control your schedule and calling approach.
