- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, or computer science or equivalent experience in Product Management
- 10+ years experience operating or technically selling networking solutions including data center switches, routers, firewalls, virtualization, cloud and containers or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in Engineering Product Management or equivalent role is desired
- Proven track record of developing and executing product and/or sales strategies and roadmaps successfully. Proven ability to execute and deliver in a self-driven environment
- Proficiency in product management tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- Experience in the data center industry, particularly in leading data center products and solutions with in-depth knowledge of data center technologies, industry trends, and customer requirements
- Proficient communication and presentation abilities, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Certification in product management or related fields
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in Data Center Networking
- CCNP or CCIE or similar certifications are highly desired
