    Total Compensation

  • $28/hr
  • 4% Annual Short Term Incentive bonus per company and employee performance.

  • Job Purpose

    While interfacing with our customers and sales team, the Warehouse Employee owns a customer order from start to finish and can escalate concerns as required. Also, the employee plays a big role in managing inventory for the facility that they work in. All work must be performed respecting Health and Safety Guidelines.

    Key Accountabilities

  • Order Management: Order Receipt, Entry, Confirmation, and fulfillment
  • Communication: Communicate with Sales, customers and/or other resources as necessary either to inform or address problems.
  • Inventory Management: Perform physical Shipping and Receiving duties as daily. Data entry, tracking shipments the computer system and tinting products per specifications. Other duties as assigned.
  • Health, Safety & Sustainability: All work must be performed in accordance with all Health & Safety Protocols, AkzoNobel Core Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 1-YR Experience of warehouse experience. Customer Service experience an asset.
  • Driving a Forklift and the ability to qualify on various material handling equipment once trained.
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of SAP is an asset
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time.
  • Attention to detail: ability to pick orders with accuracy, tint following formulas and colour standards (training will be provided)
  • Ability to read and write in English and/or French (Bilingualism is an asset)
