Loss Mitigation Specialist (Collections Agent)

As a Loss Mitigation Specialist, you will report to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and work closely with external professionals and internal stakeholders to protect assets, enhance member relationships, and effectively mitigate fraud risks and delinquent accounts.

Your 'Spark':


  • Postsecondary education in Business or related field plus 46 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Innovative and selfmotivated with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience with collections is preferred.
  • Lending experience in a financial institution or credit union and working knowledge of legal and legislative requirements of lending.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and loan documents.
  • Experience working in a compliance and risk role is an asset.

Job Types:

Salary:
$30.31-$34.09 per hour
