- _
- _Oversee the daily operations of the order processing department and provide guidance and direction to staff_
- _train new customer support agents_
- _Set specific customer service standards_
- _Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints_
- _Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis_
- _Coordinate with other departments to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery_
- _Maintain contact with clients by following up on orders_
- _Approve incoming orders_
- _Customer pricing requests_
- _Build and maintain relationships with customer base, follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement_
- _Employee supervision, guidance, mentoring including performance reviews, and annual goals_
- _Address and resolve team and customer conflicts_
- _Maintain a professional workspace and workflow_
- _Identifying problems and coming up with effective solutions quickly_
- _Health & safety mindset_

Skills and qualifications_:_

- _Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers' needs and provide answers, paths, troubleshooting help, or methods for a positive customer experience_
- _Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner_
- _Comfortable in both a leadership role and team-player role_
- _Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge_
- _Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once_
- _Ability to answer phone, listen actively, relay information and type basic information simultaneously_
- _Customer focused for a positive customer experience and resolution_
- _2+ years of experience in order processing, logistics or related field_
- _Excellent organizational and communication skills_
- _Working knowledge of Microsoft office, word, excel and Google docs_
- _Ability to identify opportunities of efficiency_
- _Ability to build relationships with partners and other organizations_

Salary:
$23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
