What You'll Be Doing

Duties and Responsibilities:_
Enter customer information and notes from outbound sales calls into the CRM.
Act as a main point of contact for assigned accounts.
Answer telephone inquiries from customers and sales representatives and assist with processing rental requests; escalate and communicate professionally & effectively.
Coordinate with the Service Department regarding service/repair issues pertaining to assigned accounts.
Assist Outside Sales Representatives with sales calls to jobsites and offices.
Participate in sales & promotional events (ie. trade shows, open houses, customer appreciation, etc.)

What You'll Bring to the Team

Qualifications and Requirements:_
Entry level position in sales and customer service with a strong desire to learn and develop as a sales professional in the longterm.
Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; postsecondary diploma _is an asset_.
Bilingual (English and French) _is preferred_.
Strong drive for results and very customer oriented with excellent prospecting and needs analysis skills.
Outgoing personality and ability to conduct cold calls to generate new business.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; both inperson and over the phone.
Experience in the equipment rental industry or a closely related industry _is an asset_.
Very comfortable with computers knowledge of Systematic, CRM systems & Microsoft Office _is a definite asset_.
Solid team player and selfstarter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
Valid G driver's license and satisfactory driver's abstract.
Available to travel to customer sites and between branches within Ottawa
Gatineau.
