Position:
Full Time Dental Receptionist


Responsibilities:


  • Ability and confidence to work independently as the main receptionist
  • Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's calendar efficiently
  • Answer phone calls, address patient inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
  • Coordinate patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Manage patient billing and insurance claims
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dental receptionist
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive and outgoing attitude, with a genuine passion for patient care
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in English is essential
  • Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is considered an asset

Salary:
$20.00-$27.00 per hour

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Dental receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
