Medical Aesthetician
who is as committed to skin health as they are to creating meaningful client relationships.
This is more than a treatment role — it's an opportunity to be part of a collaborative, performance-driven team dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best.
What You'll Do
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments such as:
- Medical-grade facials
- Chemical peels
- Microneedling
- LED therapy
- Laser treatments (based on certification)
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on long-term skin health and home care.
- Maintain detailed, compliant client documentation.
- Support client retention through rebooking, follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Contribute to service and retail goals through thoughtful, results-based recommendations.
- Collaborate with leadership and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain the highest standards of treatment room cleanliness, preparation, and professionalism.
Who You Are
- Licensed Medical Aesthetician (in Ontario).
- Able to work BOTH Saturdays and Sundays
- Experienced in advanced, results-oriented treatments.
- Knowledgeable in skin physiology, ingredients, and treatment planning.
- Emotionally intelligent with strong communication skills.
- Professional, reliable, and committed to excellence.
- A team player who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about continued education and growth in the aesthetics field.
