Responsibilities

As an intern, some of your roles and responsibilities may include:
- Assist the Project Manager to ensure project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards are in accordance with company policy and contract specifications are met
- Communicate with client and other facility occupants to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance our opportunity
- Participate in monthly meetings with clients.
- Oversee work orders including managing staff and that work order management systems is kept current.
- Provide monthly client and management reports as per contract and FMO team requirements.
- Tracks, analyzes, and trends project costs.

Requirements
- A great attitude and enthusiasm for learning
- Available from May to August 2026
- Completed or pursuing a degree or diploma in a related field such as Building systems engineering / technician / technologist
Expected compensation for this role is a starting pay range between $21-24/hour dependent on education level, skills and experience.
