The Opportunity


VoPay is looking for a Marketing Manager to translate the overall marketing vision into integrated business plans, tactics, projects and deliverables.

The Marketing Manager will work directly with the CMO to implement strategy and oversee the marketing team to execute the short and long-term marketing strategies across all major channels.


You should have a firm grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

The Marketing Manager will oversee the marketing team, support teams (such as product and development), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Create and oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy including but not limited to lead generation strategy, product marketing campaigns, website content, digital marketing activities, SEO, events, social media, Thought Leadership and Public Relations.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to maintain brand and mission
  • Review marketing metrics for each campaign performed and offer solutions for improvement
  • Obtain market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each new product and directing promotional support.
  • Provides short
- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.

  • Manage events calendar from inception to completion for multiple local and international events.
  • Direct marketing material including landing pages, press releases, presentations, merchandise, sales decks
  • Manage marketing team members including social media manager, designers, and developers plus engage new team members, maintain progress and complete KPI & performance reports
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Qualifications

  • 5 years of proven work experience as a Marketing Manager/Digital Marketing Management
  • Post-Secondary education in Marketing or another related degree.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM preferably
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Monday, Jira, Figma, Ahrefs, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership and organizing skills
  • Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Knowledge of financial technology services would be an advantage
