    Whitecourt, Alberta

    Living Waters Catholic Separate School Division is seeking a committed Catholic educational leader with a demonstrated ability to transform education, to provide exceptional leadership at Ecole St. Joseph School, a Junior and Senior High School. This school serves approximately 330 students and is supported by 17 teaching staff.

    Situated in Whitecourt, Alberta, a town of around 10,000 people and less than 2 hours west of Edmonton, Ecole St. Joseph School is located in a growing, resource-based community offering abundant recreational and outdoor activities.

    The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and motivated individual with exceptional leadership and communication skills, willing to work collaboratively within the administration team and adapt to the evolving changes in junior and senior high education.

    Furthermore, the successful candidate will have a strong leadership capacity to guide the learning community through a transformation process, delivering dynamic and developmentally appropriate programming with a focus on the 20/20 Vision for Learning and the Living Waters Blueprint.

    Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate:

    Commitment to Catholic education and doctrine

    Dedication to academic excellence and transformational experiences

    Prior successful leadership experience

    Familiarity and experience within Inclusive Education

    Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment

    Strong organizational skills

    A Master's Degree in Educational Leadership or a commitment to further study in Educational Leadership
