Your Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform oil and filter changes
  • Perform complete multipoint inspection on vehicle and check and mark all required items on checklist as required and present findings to the Service Advisor
  • Replace oil and air filters
  • Inspect vehicle fluid levels, replace or replenish as necessary
  • Check tire pressure and add air if needed
  • Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants
  • Tire mounting/balancing, rotations and repairs
  • Review the repair order and service performed with the client after the service has been completed
  • Inspect all vehicles for additional repairs
  • Communicate additional service/repair needs to service advisors
  • Efficiently managing time and meeting all specified deadlines and targets

Your Capabilities and Credentials:


  • High School Diploma
  • Mechanical inclination and a working knowledge of "how cars work"
  • Ability to be professional and deliver exceptional service to clients
  • A welldefined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, combined with the ability to interact and gain the support of senior leadership and other decision makers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage priorities, perform a variety of tasks and meet required deadlines and targets
  • A person who is a team player, of high integrity who is trusted by others and consistently honors their commitments
  • Detail oriented, selfmotivated and resourceful
  • Knowledge of CDK computer operating system or similar systems would be considered an asset
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving history
