Your Key Responsibilities:
- Perform oil and filter changes
- Perform complete multipoint inspection on vehicle and check and mark all required items on checklist as required and present findings to the Service Advisor
- Replace oil and air filters
- Inspect vehicle fluid levels, replace or replenish as necessary
- Check tire pressure and add air if needed
- Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants
- Tire mounting/balancing, rotations and repairs
- Review the repair order and service performed with the client after the service has been completed
- Inspect all vehicles for additional repairs
- Communicate additional service/repair needs to service advisors
- Efficiently managing time and meeting all specified deadlines and targets
Your Capabilities and Credentials:
- High School Diploma
- Mechanical inclination and a working knowledge of "how cars work"
- Ability to be professional and deliver exceptional service to clients
- A welldefined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication, combined with the ability to interact and gain the support of senior leadership and other decision makers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage priorities, perform a variety of tasks and meet required deadlines and targets
- A person who is a team player, of high integrity who is trusted by others and consistently honors their commitments
- Detail oriented, selfmotivated and resourceful
- Knowledge of CDK computer operating system or similar systems would be considered an asset
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving history
