The assistant gets the daily operative tasks from line manager/department and when needed escalates questions/issues to Team Leader.


Responsibilities:


  • Onboardning assistance supporting new employees and managers onboarding personnel
  • Offboarding of personnel MyIS etc.
  • Introduction of new employees at HVDC NAM
  • Orderings of hardware and software in MyIS
  • Invoice handling and administration
  • Registration of goods receipt
  • Management meetings
  • MoM and actions
  • Management team support of reports, presentations, organization chart
  • Regular follow up with Managers regarding personnel
  • Bookingand event coordination for departments and visitors
  • Entrance cards/Visitor card registration
  • Intern coordination and administration
  • Purchase Request admin support (consultants, office material, courses, etc.)
  • Coordinating food services as needed
