Trouw Nutrition is hiringwe're looking to add a
Customer Service Representative / Sales Assistant to join our team in Olds, AB.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about Customer Service, able to participate in the sales development and the smooth running of the location.

We count on your keen experience to work closely with logistics and manufacturing, ensuring timely order placement, adhering to scheduling requirements, and constantly delivering a high standard of service.

You will also focus on building and nurturing customer relationships.


The position is 100% on-site at Olds, AB.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


The Customer Service Representative works closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide them with the insight they are looking for and help them complete their purchases.

The main function of the department is to handle orders and to provide coordination with customers about products, delivery options and complaints.

A Day in the Life

  • Deal with our customers questions, requests and concerns.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- _ Accept and process incoming orders, answer questions, solve problems _
- _ Participate in process improvements_


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Postsecondary education is required
  • Previous retail experience, focused on excellent customer service
  • Customer management and strong organizational skills
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Must possess a valid class 5 license
  • Experience working on a family or commercial farm or experience in agriculture, customer service and sales is considered a strong asset
