We have an opening for Administrative Support in our Burnaby location.


What you will do:


  • General reception duties including greeting and directing customers in the branch, answering the phones, sorting and preparing mail and ordering supplies for the branch.
  • Set up appointments for our customers with Sales Consultants
  • Process payments in the branch and over the phone
  • Balance daily cash reports, maintain invoice queues and deliver bank deposits
  • Maintain showroom price tags
  • Support Sales Consultants by entering orders, preparing spec packages and complete followup as requested
  • Coordinate employee breaks to help maintain adequate coverage on the showroom floor
  • Arrange for courier pick up as required
  • Assist with inventory when possible
  • Perform other duties as assigned

About You:


  • You have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • You have a positive attitude and are an enthusiastic individual
  • You are organized and have excellent time management skills
  • You are reliable and have a strong work ethic
  • Strong computer skills
  • Your experience in an office or retail environment is considered an asset
