Overview:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager for our busy Autobody shop located in North Red Deer.

Duties

Manage all day to day operations of the business

- work closesly with the owner on site to ensure all procedures are followed, repairs are done correctly and in a timely manner

Be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries prepare estimates, work orders and invoices.
Order and recieve parts, ensure correct parts are recieved and invoiced.
Work closely with our insurance partners to ensure a strong relationship.
Other duties may be required from time to time.

Qualifications:

Min. 5 years experience as a Manager in the Autobody Industry
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask, manage a large volume of work
Experience working with Audatex is an asset
Sage experience for invoicing an asset
Positive attidute and desire to succeed is a must

We offer a competitive pay structure which includes, a great base salary and a bonus program for all employees.

The hours of work for this position is Monday to Thursday 7:00am - 5:30pm, Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm for a total of approx 44 hours per week.
