Description

We, at Acri-tec, are currently looking for a upbeat and friendly individual to add to our administrative team.

This individual will work primarily with our customers and generally involves helping customers with any product or order queries they may have.

In General, responsibilities would include:

General reception duties including answering telephones and forwarding calls as needed
Assisting customer by handling telephone inquiries about their orders,
Providing product information and pricing to customers,
Maintaining and updating customer files for projects.
Tracking and follow up on outstanding quotations for projects.
Other clerical duties as assigned

To succeed, you should:

Have a good working knowledge of MS Office,
Have an excellent phone manner,
Have strong communication skills,
Be incredibly accurate, and
Be personable.

It would be great if:

You have good working knowledge and experience with Simply Accounting, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel Spreadsheets
You are reasonably technically minded,
You have a good memory, and
You are willing to learn.

Additional information
This position has room for advancement and can be tailored based upon your skills and experience.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday. We are closed evenings and weekends.

Before applying, please be aware that we are located in the Gloucester Industrial Park. There is no public transit to the park. You must have your own transportation.
