Description
We are a new Supperclub in the heart of Queen Street West, looking for experienced hosts /hostesses.Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take them to their table
- Be attentive, courteous and friendly with clients at the time of arrival and departure
- Receive guests calls, handle customer injuries promptly and efficiently
- Communicate with the restaurant manager to resolve customer complaints
Skills:
- Have a general understanding of OpenTable or Sevenrooms CRM
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to adapt
- Team player
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON M5V 1M5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
