*Position: Estimator & Project Co-Ordinator
Location: Vaughan, OnSalary: Flexible + Benefits*The Estimator & Project Co-Ordinator will be responsible for submitting project estimates, overseeing the processing of color charts, purchasing and billing.*Job Responsibilities:*· Collaborate with the Lead estimator and assist with contract bids for low rise and high-rise projects.· Review drawings, scope of work, create takeoffs bids for submittals.· Conduct detailed review and analysis of projects to ensure all areas of work are clearly defined.· Consult with builders and décor centers to resolve/clarify any issues or discrepancies in documentation.· Lead and facilitate the material & Labour pricing process end-to-end; pricing extras as requested by builders, create UPG billing charts for builders.· Review and identify any 'out of the ordinary' issues that may require approval in advance of work commencing.· Ensure all documentation is consistently updated throughout the project life cycle (change orders/requests etc.)· Resolve any issues or discrepancies (with the builders) that are brought up by Moscone site supers.· Prepare billing schedule for A/R.· Initiate/create new projects in SAGE.· Review projects to ensure materials/Labour are accurately allocated for final job costingAny areas that have structural changes which differ from the original base model pricing, will have to go through the Estimating department so they can advise on the required and communicate/quote any extras to the builder*Requirements:*· Mathematical and measurement skills.· Working with Blue Beam Software.· Excellent communication skills with builder customers· Analytical capabilities (review job scopes & prepare estimates)· Excellent Excel skills Medium to high level· Background in Tile trade and construction industry· Experience using Accpac/SAGE software
