- E nsure adherence to and enforcement of the company's HACCP/BRC, sanitation, and occupational health and safety standards among employees.
- Collaborate closely with the Production Planner and Production Manager to meet customer order specifications and delivery schedules.
- Develop and implement production plans while maintaining effective policies and procedures.
- Train, empower, and supervise a team of unionized employees.
- M o nitor team performance and maintain a healthy work atmosphere.

- S poken and written English (an asset)
- G ood command of IT tools (MS Office; email, EXCEL)
- S ense of organization and priority management
- R esults-oriented
- Salary: $60k - $70k + 5% annual bonus
- Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (3pm - 11pm)
- G roup insurance (50% paid)
