Need Help Automating Monthly Client Statements

Job summary
We're looking for someone to help us automate a recurring monthly task related to client statement delivery.Right now, we generate statements manually from a single Excel file that contains data for all clients.
We want to move this to an automated setup using Power Automate and SharePoint so the process is more reliable and less time-consuming.
At a high level, the system should:
- Start when a master Excel file is uploaded to SharePoint
