- Lead a team of FSQA Technicians to ensure departmental success
- Coach and motivate team members on the importance of food safety
- Maintain and execute FSQA programs in compliance with industry requirements
- Manage non-conformance follow-up and corrective actions
- Support third-party audits and conduct training programs
- Develop a constructive work environment and lead process improvement initiatives
- Bachelor of Science in Food Science or related field
- 3-5 years of technical experience in food manufacturing
- Supervisory experience and third-party food safety training/certification
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under minimal supervision
- Experience with manufacturing data systems and sanitation processes
