Job Description:
The Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) / Spare Parts Manager is responsible for CMMS and spare parts for the baggage handling system at Toronto Pearson International Airport.
Responsibilities:
- Keep record of Spare Parts inventory via CMMS
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, both internal and external
- Maintain stock at required levels as specified by original equipment manufacturers (OEM)
- Effectively record and analyze movement of parts
- Source quality parts and negotiate best rates
- Manage and troubleshoot faults with the CMMS
- Ensure system, software ,and reports are accurate and provide sufficient information.
- Daily coordination with operational and maintenance staff regarding CMMS activities
- Provide training to maintenance users of the CMMS
- Maintain accurate record of parts under warranty and details of faulty parts
- Design and create reports and other tools used in work orders and inventory analysis graphs
- Act as the interface between BEUMER and other airport stakeholders regarding maintenance, purchasing, and inventory control
- Carry out other assignments as requested by management or shift supervisors
Qualifications:
Requirements / Skills / Abilities
- Minimum of 5 years' working with a CMMS and Spare Parts management
- Relevant system and product knowledge in the areas of warranty, tool inventory and spare parts
- Maximo proficiency
- Ability to obtain and maintain Airside Security Clearance (Security Badge)
- Welldeveloped interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to get along well with diverse personalities, while in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail, process development and organizational management
- Strategy insight and comprehension of BEUMER values
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- MS Office proficiency; Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Personable, professional, and energetic demeanour
