Your Role and Responsibilities
As a member of the Global Government Affairs and Policy (GGAP) team within Kyndryl's Corporate Affairs, you will:
- Report into the Head of Global Government Affairs to build and drive government affairs and regulatory strategy to support Kyndryl's brand and reputation in Canada
- Build an engagement strategy working with consultants and other key partners Develop trusted relationships with relevant government officials
- Engage and manage policy campaigns and initiatives
- Build relationships with key associations to help inform Kyndryl of key public policy issues, support Kyndryl engagement in Canada and support Kyndryl policy objectives
- Support the Kyndryl Canada teams in developing a strategy and executing on opportunities for growth of the business
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Government affairs/policy experience, or time in government (or associations)
- Project management/organization
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at once
