The Opportunity

We are looking for managers to join our growing team and we have opportunities available in tax and assurance roles.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned CPA who is looking to progress in their career in a high-growth and high-opportunity public accounting environment.

As a hybrid firm, the role can be structured as fully remote, in-person at one of our 5 office locations in Guelph, Fergus, Orangeville, Kitchener, or Shelburne, or as a hybrid work arrangement.

About You

You have 2+ years postCPA handson experience in a public accounting firm with experience with noticetoreader, review, audit and/or tax engagements
You are comfortable working with Caseware, TaxPrep and Microsoft Office products, and are always eager to learn new technologies
You have a proven ability to plan and review client engagements through overseeing the completion of working papers, financial statements, corporate and personal tax returns
You have a focus on building and managing meaningful internal and external client relationships
You are passionate about leading and mentoring junior team members, and enjoy working with quirky outofthebox accountants
You have the desire to develop the capabilities of team members across the firm through coaching, knowledge transfer, internal training delivery, and assigning of challenging work opportunities
You have excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple deadlines and engagements

About the Gig

In this role, you will be continually growing and challenged while leading and completing notice-to-reader, review, audit and/or tax engagements for a variety of clients across industries.

About the Details

This is a permanent full-time position which can be structured as fully remote, hybrid or working out of one of our RLB offices in Guelph, Fergus, Kitchener, Orangeville, or Shelburne.

Paid overtime is available on evenings and weekends during busy season.
