Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks: Handling a wide range of administrative duties, from scheduling
- Data Management: Keeping our databases and records uptodate and organized and
- Social Media: Assist in managing social media accounts, including content creation,
- Event Planning: Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including
- Basic Bookkeeping: Assist in maintaining financial records, including processing invoices,
- Process Development: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in event planning and basic bookkeeping is a plus.
- Experience using Google suite, Canva Pro, and CRM software suites.
- Proficiency in major social media platforms including Instagram/YouTube/TikTok/Facebook, etc.
- Video editing skills (asset not require)
- A valid driver's license with ability to travel within GTA.
Salary:
From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours:
per week
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
