How you'll work

  • Be the face of TTC Tour Brands at events and conferences.
  • Cultivate bonds, offer promotions, and support agencies.
  • Teach about experiences, destinations, and brand benefits, drive sales.
  • Maintain client records, notes, and event campaigns in Salesforce.
  • Update agency and agent details, solve issues.
  • Train, engage, and guide agencies for revenue success.
  • Collect, update, and organize info across platforms.
  • Welcome new advisors, update consultant data.
  • Execute entrylevel account strategies.
  • Convey partner strategies and team needs.
  • Pursue sales targets relentlessly, across levels.
  • Hit quarterly, yearly, and ad hoc sales goals.
  • Collaborate with VP, National Accounts for account strategies.
  • Deliver regular, comprehensive account reports.
  • Develop and deploy strategies for new travel opportunities.
  • Update client/agent data in Salesforce and Tropics.
  • Handle Special Projects for National Accounts & Field Sales.
  • Provide insights for team success.
  • Generate analyses as needed.
  • Spot opportunities, elevate group sales with focus on youth and budget brands.
  • Tackle other tasks as needed, including FAM trips.
Recipe for Success

  • At least 1 year of experience as an account management within the travel industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & OneDrive
  • Ability to utilize web tools and inhouse technical resources, adapt to new technology, learn new programs quickly, and use computers and technology to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ability to use Excel spreadsheets to store and manipulate account data.
  • Prior use of Salesforce or other CRM is a bonus.
