We are looking for a Supervisor for our growing Program & Project Management Practice to work with businesses in diverse industries while managing a team to deliver projects on time, on budget and in line with client expectations Working on numerous projects per year, you will not only work on delivering the projects and developing your team, but also identifying new opportunities to expand client projects.

This role can be based in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Toronto, or Kitchener-Waterloo.

Here are some examples of the types of projects we have undertaken over the past few years:

Project managed the implementation of multiple ERP solutions and service management platforms for a range of clients
Provided digital transformation project and program management services, working with our technical consulting teams
Helped middle market firms develop and vet strategies to grow and scale their business model via digital channels
Conducted formal program and organization evaluations of various organizations
Improved the effectiveness of government organizations though government modernization programs

Responsibilities:

Drive highquality work within expected timeframes and on budget
Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure clients are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
Strive to assist our clients in uncovering additional areas of opportunity and manage the business development process
Demonstrate the ability to instill, grow, and maintain ongoing confidence with clients to ensure relationships are managed for the long term
Develop and grow a network of business connections inside and outside the firm to support and encourage practice and firm strategic objectives
Demonstrate the characteristics of a trusted advisor to internal and external clients and provide direction for the support of larger business objectives, the ability to see how high value delivery on small engagements leads to large opportunities
Prove indepth technical capabilities and professional knowledge
Develop new products and deliverables for the rapidly changing technology environments across industries
Build and maintain relationships with engagement teams and deliver quality client services
Provide mentoring and motivate diverse client engagement teams by delivering constructive onthejob coaching to team members, while fostering an innovative and inclusive teamoriented work environment

Basic Qualifications

57 years of experience focused on project management, business process improvement, and/or change management
Experience with ERP implementations (Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Oracle)
PMP or SCRUM or Prince2 designation(s)
Experience working for a consulting firm and previous business development experience
Advanced interpersonal skills
Experience leading and managing project teams
Expertise in a specific industry and a desire to gain exposure to additional industries
Ability to collaborate with clients and other RSM practice areas
Deep interest in and knowledge of emerging technology and socioeconomic trends impacting consumers and business globally
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Ability to travel up to 50% (Monday
Thursday/Friday)
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ServiceNow project management
Experience with quality management
Experience in telecommunications (5G)
Business process engineering experience
Six Sigma certification
Business capability benchmarking, blueprint, and roadmap development experience
Experience with business case development and management
