• Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries and bank reconciliations
• Assist with monthend and yearend closing processes
• Conduct data entry and maintain accurate financial databases
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial tasks
• Provide support for audits and other financial reviews

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or related field
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Workday
• Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, or Ceridian
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
