Description

Job duties include but not limited to:

  • Entering and reconciling monthly accounting transactions online
  • Process payments for accounts payables
  • Process and manage customer billings
  • Process payroll using BigTime
  • Track client and prospect information
  • Project coordination
  • Following up with project participants to ensure adherence to timelines
  • Reporting on project progress
  • Following up to ensure projects are finalized
  • Other duties as required

Job requirements:


  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Understanding of basic bookkeeping practices
  • Dynamic, motivated and positive
  • Customer focused
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills
  • Detail oriented and organized

Qualifications:


  • Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, BBA/BCom
  • 12 years of office admin experience
  • Proficient computer skills (Zoom, Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$26.50 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
