Description
Job duties include but not limited to:
- Entering and reconciling monthly accounting transactions online
- Process payments for accounts payables
- Process and manage customer billings
- Process payroll using BigTime
- Track client and prospect information
- Project coordination
- Following up with project participants to ensure adherence to timelines
- Reporting on project progress
- Following up to ensure projects are finalized
- Other duties as required
Job requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping practices
- Dynamic, motivated and positive
- Customer focused
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Detail oriented and organized
Qualifications:
- Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, BBA/BCom
- 12 years of office admin experience
- Proficient computer skills (Zoom, Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$26.50 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
