Job Summary

What is the opportunity?
Manages the onboarding of Third Parties and ensuring the risk assessments are completed according to Third Party Risk Standards.


This role will have a hybrid work arrangement:

What will you do?

  • Central pointofcontact for onboarding and assessing third party risks, between supplier, business units and centre of governance offices
  • Performing third party risk assessment; coordinating the completion of due diligence activities, in support of the business units
  • Support business units in postcontract activities (SOC reviews, exit strategies, performance management)
  • Engage suppliers where necessary in obtaining documentation and information to support required due diligence reviews
  • Participate in strategic meetings with suppliers, business units and centre of governance in ensuring timely completion of risk assessments
  • Remediate Issue Risk Findings with suppliers or coordinating with IT Risk and business executives on risk acceptances
  • Lead new projects/initiatives for process efficiencies, workflow dependencies and transparency of records

What you need to succeed?

  • Businessrelated or finance discipline
  • Understanding of supplier lifecycle, products, trends in the financial service/investment industry
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience in managing suppliers or running projects of software implementation
  • Strong verbal and written communication capability and presentation skills
  • Strong critical thinking, problemsolving, planning and organizing skills
  • High degree of flexibility and resourcefulness
  • Ability to demonstrate successful relationship management with crosslevel stakeholders
  • Nice to have knowledge of systems development lifecycle, including software models (cloud, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS); knowledge of commercial purchase contract language
