Location Requirements:
Must legally reside Canada. Currently hiring in AB, SK, MB, NB, NS, NL and PE
Core Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound service calls, while providing accurate account and product information
- Understand and strive to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent customer service
- Navigate through multiple systems

Qualifications:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You have a high school diploma (or GED equivalent)
- You can pass a criminal background check
- You are eager to advance your career with a reliable company
- You work well with a team or independently
- You are able to commit 40 working hours per week and can work a flexible schedule
- You have a minimum of 6mth customer service or call center experience, retail experience an asset
Equipment & Internet Requirements:
- Internet speed 5.0 Mbps download speed and 3.0Mbps upload speed
- Desktop computer with Windows 10 (Apple/Mac, tablets, Winbooks, smart devices, Windows Mini PC's, Chromebook & Android systems are not compatible)
- Dual Monitors
