    We are currently seeking a Construction Survey Crew Chief in Fort McMurray, AB, ideally with experience in the construction survey sector and a desire to grow within a forward-thinking company.

    The Work

    • Survey facilities, layouts, piles, and grading across various construction sites throughout Western Canada.
    • Willingness to travel; shifts may last up to 21 days.
    • Work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons.
    • Follow safety protocols diligently.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to survey assistants.
    • Prepare accurate field notes, records, and calculations.

    What You Bring To The Table

    • Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
    • A commitment to excellence.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to liaise effectively with clients.
    • Creativity and problem-solving skills.
    • A degree or diploma in Geomatics from a technical college.
    • Experience leading a construction survey crew.
    • Experience with precise layout and control surveys.
    • Experience working on industrial and commercial construction sites.
