Business Development Executive - Quest Audio Visual
Job Summary
Quest Audio Visual attributes its success to the strength of all the diverse talent throughout the different departments.

To build on this momentum, we are seeking a highly qualified Business Development Executive to work closely with a Senior Director of Growth and Engagement in executing key strategies to obtain better brand recognition and financial growth.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Represent Quest Audio Visual as a Brand Ambassador at social and networking events to build a trusted industry presence
  • Conduct Market Research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Purse Leads and move them through the sales cycle
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Support the creation and maintenance of sales presentation templates, and quotes for client events, and business partners
  • Promote and present the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support
  • Educate customers through social tips, or speaking engagements representing Quest AV
  • Support the development of entry level staff into valuable salespeople
  • Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements and Skills

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Zoho and Dynamics 365)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge of the Events Industry
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for the Live Events Industry.
  • Selfmotivated with a desire for personal and professional growth.
  • Creative thinker, initiator, and actionoriented in delivering commitments.
