Lifemark's Home and Community Care division
is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and social-media savvy Talent Advisor/Recruiter
to support our Community Advantage Rehabilitation (CAR) and Seniors Wellness divisions in Ontario and British Columbia**
A few other typical role accountabilities include:
- Reporting, metrics, & recruitment analytics
- Telephone screenings, video and inperson interviews
- Direct sourcing of competitor talent
- The creation & advertisement of original, attractive job postings on internal and external job boards & niche sites
- Attendance at career fairs and trade shows
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a recruiter preferably in healthcare of related industry
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, along with a familiarity of applicant tracking systems
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Highly organized and detailoriented with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify and implement solutions to recruitment challenges
- An understanding of the professions of physiotherapy and occupational therapy is a very strong asset.
