Key Responsibilities:

Meet performance standards and expectations while ensuring productivity goals are met
Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
Developing and maintaining superior customer relations
Deliver quality product and service in all areas of the facility.
Ensure timely and accurate billing reports are submitted.
Review financial reports, recognizing variances and providing corrective actions to achieve budget.
Ensure the effective utilization of Lodge facilities by developing strategies to optimize all aspects of the operation.
Ensure employee developmental requirements are identified and appropriate plans of actions are implemented.
Support Department Heads in the identification and achievement of the organizations goals and objectives.
Providing coaching sessions, guidance and mentorship to employees
Promote positive and effective work atmosphere to encourage highest standards possible

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Camp/Facility Manager or Hotel management
Experience in the Camps & Catering and/or oil and gas industry is an asset.
Ability to travel and work within Western Alberta on a 21 day on and 7 day off rotation which includes nights, weekends and holidays
Valid Standard First Aid with CPR and Advanced Food Safe certificates
Positive attitude and outgoing personality are essential
Must be dedicated to exceptional external and internal guest service
Proven decision making ability
Ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers
Strong focus on safety and quality of work
Valid Class 5 Drivers license with a "clean" abstract
