Job Summary
What Is The Opportunity?
The Digital Operations team is undertaking multiple complex enterprise-wide initiatives as part of RBC's ongoing plan to improve technology management and governance across the organization.
What Will You Do?
- Manage the implementation of multiple concurrent initiatives of varying complexity in a time efficient manner. Monitor and control activities according to plan.
- Continuously identify potential issues, conflicts, and risks. Analyze, mitigate and escalate where appropriate
- Develop and execute on end to end change management plans and plan and execute all communication related to these.
- Collaborate and contribute on crossfunctional enterprise initiatives and manage the effective implementation of assigned deliverables.
- Utilize Kofax, Pega, and Content Manager knowledge to enhance digital experiences.
- Demonstrate expertise in Windows and Unix operating systems.
What Do You Need To Succeed?
Must have:
- Change management experience in complex programs with high frequency of requests and multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project.
- Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities.
- Strong technical technology background with understanding of deployment automation tools and scripting
- Deadlinedriven and resultsoriented; able to meet consistently high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Nice-to-have:
- Scripting languages (Python, Bash, Powershell)
- Deployment automation tools (Ansible, UrbanCode Deploy)
- Cloud technologies such as OCP
- ITIL and SRE certifications
