As a Cross-Sell Marketing Specialist, you will execute a marketing strategy, liaising with a multitude of teams across the business, to bridge the gap between our media and betting mobile apps.

You will be an integral part of the marketing team with ownership and responsibility of core customer conversion metrics that drive overall business success.


About the Work

  • Responsible for assisting the Senior Marketing Manager in creation and execution of crosssell marketing strategy.
  • Ownership of key KPIs and reporting of monthly/weekly performance.
  • Understand and scrutinize data and insights to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Adopt a test and learn approach; optimizing campaigns and activity to improve performance in incriminates.
  • Planning and management of budget to support relevant marketing activities.
  • Work alongside teams such as; CRM, Analytics, Creative and Ad Ops Teams to deliver bestinclass digital plans.
  • Work closely with the various product teams for ideation, and to execute technical solutions to aid in customer conversion and retention through our ecosystem.
  • Maintain new and existing third party relationships for support on crosssell tech and creative strategy.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and understand how they will influence and impact marketing and business performance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) in Marketing, Business Administration, other related fields or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in a marketing or product marketing role.
  • Collaborative with an ability to influence people and outcomes.
  • Datadriven with an ability to develop clear, effective, and creative strategies based on available data.
  • Selfstarter with the ability to work with littletono direction.
