**Note:

This position is on a part-time/as-needed basis with approximately 2-3 days a week (total 26.7 days/200 hours).**
Responsibilities:
This position is on a part-time/as-needed basis with approximately 2-3 days a week (total 26.7 days/200 hours).

  • Work with management and JIRA Admin to create a ticketbased process for handling incoming JIRA / Confluence change requests
  • Create and manage security schemes, permission schemes and configurations
  • Recommend, test, install, and configure JIRA plugins and addons as needed
  • Designing & develop JIRA/Confluence queries, dashboards for various teams
  • Develop guides and documentation for JIRA features and best practices
  • Develop documentation around JIRA admin processes and procedures
  • Develop solutions extending Atlassian REST services and JIRA plugins using the Atlassian SDK
  • Design custom projects, workflows, schemes, screens and field configurations
  • Train JIRA Admin peer to learn program procedures and best practices
  • Troubleshoot, identify and resolve JIRA issues.

Public Sector Experience:

  • Experience working with federal/provincial/broader publicsector healthcare providers

Cloud JIRA Experience:

  • Cloud based JIRA service Management configuration and implementation

Admin & Development Experience:

  • Confluence, JIRA and JIRA service management Admin and Development
  • Test, install, and configure JIRA plugins and addons
JIRA security scheme setup & configuration Experience
  • JIRA Security scheme setup and configuration experience in multi group/section environment

Atlassian SDK development Experience:

  • Development experience with Atlassian REST services and JIRA plugins using the Atlassian SDK

Service Management Development:

  • Designing custom projects, workflows, schemes, screens and field configurations

Job Types:

Salary:
$16.44-$80.03 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
