The
Access Marketing Support Lead position will support the Access Solution Sales team with both internal and external customer-facing projects.

This role will be responsible for project management, event/meeting planning, creation and production of presentations/reporting/materials/documents, and numerous other activities to support the sales team.


Responsibilities

  • Handle project management for no less than 40 EA marketing programs per year. Communicate directly with the university marketing communication teams to ensure that messaging on EA is performed at the optimum level. Collect anonymized data from campuses and submit pricing requests for all new accounts.
  • Plan and coordinate Faculty Education Days. (6 Growth team members, 3 accounts per term, 3 terms per year = 40+ events at max capacity); Research and create a calendar/timeline for future facultyfacing shows at the university level, state level, and nationally, as well as in Canada. (Connect with the Center for Teaching and Learning at each university to align with digital upskilling initiatives and tech upskilling).
  • Assist Access Solutions directors with letters of intent (LOI) and Requirements Documents to facilitate the closing of sales deals.
  • Attend meetings alongside Access Solutions Directors and SVP, capturing comprehensive notes and action items. Follow up with deliverables and update SF. Create Access program updates on a monthly basis to ensure effective communication and alignment with GVPs and RMs. Reports include # of courses flipped to IA, # of IA starts, # of EA starts by GVP and RM. SVP to present to EC and GVPs, and RMs monthly.

Administrative Tasks:


  • Utilize Salesforce and PowerBI to create comprehensive reports and distribute them on a weekly basis to the sales team.
  • Plan and coordinate quarterly meetings for the sales team, including scheduling, agenda creation, and logistics management.
  • Utilize project management tools to ensure the smooth execution of salesrelated projects and initiatives.
  • Provide comprehensive sales team support by creating visually appealing and engaging presentations using PowerPoint and Keynote. Customize each presentation with school colors and logos.
  • Utilize iMovie and Adobe Illustrator to create and edit videos and marketing materials for campus presentations and promotional materials.
  • Create TikToks and IG reels for student and faculty education and messaging.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 57 years of experience in an operational and/or sales support or administrative role, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting.
  • Proficiency in using software tools such as Salesforce, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrable skills in creating visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint and Keynote.
  • Experience in video editing using iMovie and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Ability and willingness to travel in the US & Canada up to 15%.
