Air Tech is a Plumbing, Heating & Cooling company that are based in Vernon and West Kelowna. Our service area expands from Enderby to Peachland.

We are professional, supportive, fun and our goal is to continue growing our culture and making Air Tech the best place to work in the Okanagan.


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Book Service, Maintenance and Estimates through our user-friendly customized scheduling software
  • Manage service workload to ensure just in time service combined with getting the right tech to the job, as well as providing updates as needed
  • Follow up on customer requests for service, estimates and membership agreements
  • Offer our customers personalized products, services and solutions
  • Processing of payments and other duties to enhance our customers service experience
  • You have excellent time management, customer service, multitasking and organizational skills
  • You can effectively communicate with customers and collaborate with team members in a timely manner
  • Must be able to effectively work alone and juggle multiple priorities
  • Previous scheduling experience is a definite asset
  • HVAC or/and Plumbing background/experience is a definite asset
  • Working with Service Titan is a definite asset
  • You enjoy working in a fastpaced environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$21.00-$25.00 per hour

  • Scheduling: 2 years (preferred)

  • Driving Licence (required)
