Conveniently located just 15 minutes south of downtown Montreal in the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake, the complex currently offers over 40 poker tables and a selection of over 500 Electronic Gaming Devices (slots).

In addition, Playground includes an inviting and locally renowned restaurant The Rail Coal Fire Bistro and is in the midst of an exciting expansion project that will include expanding the gaming floors, a stunning hotel and additional contemporary food and beverage outlets.


Schedule:
Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Who you are:


We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Player Services Specialist who has an acute understanding of how to deliver our guests the safest and most memorable experience.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

If you have exceptional customer service skills, this position is made for you.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist guests in a warm, courteous and professional manner
  • Inform guests about Playground policies and answer their questions
  • Signup new customers and create new players cards
  • Assist guests with merchandise purchases
  • Restock department supplies inventory on a regular basis
  • Responsible for balancing the cash register
  • Monitor lost and found items
  • Responsible for remaining knowledgeable of the Daily Tournaments/ Cash Games (Stakes and buyin amounts)
  • Responsible for remaining knowledgeable of all current and upcoming promotions on the gaming floor
  • Responsible for enrolling players on Poker wait list
  • Knowledge of our Rewards programs with the ability to assist players in claiming their Rewards
  • Work with a variety of different departments to assure the best possible service
  • Maintain Daily Reports to facilitate proper communication between the Player Services Team as well as Administration and other Departments

Requirements:


  • Must be perfectly bilingual (French and English) and 18 years or older
  • Must have strong writing skills in French and English
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as within a team setting
  • Ability to multitask while remaining calm and professional
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite and strong computer skills
